Because of media coverage, access to the computer and a desire to be healthier, many people are becoming smarter and aware of the damage that trans fats, high fructose corn syrup and white flour/sugar do to your body.
But there are less obvious foods that don’t get the attention that these do that can be just as or almost as damaging to your health.
